Alight Analytics Chosen as a Winner of 2014 Best Places to Work Award in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO – Alight Analytics, an independent marketing analytics firm based in Kansas City, has won the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2014 Best Places to Work award in the Small Business Category.

The Best Places to Work award highlights those companies in Kansas City that have unparalleled and successful office cultures.  Companies are nominated and ranked based upon input from their respective employees.  Staff members rate their companies based on team and manager effectiveness, retention probability, work engagement, and whether they feel valued.  Award eligibility is limited to Kansas City metropolitan area businesses with 10 or more full-time employees.

Award winners will be honored at a luncheon on Friday, September 5.  Alight Analytics will be joined by hundreds of attendees, as well as 29 other award winning Kansas City area businesses at the Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas.  Additional recognition will be given to the top winners in each of the three main categories (small, medium, and large companies) at the award luncheon, as well.
