ChannelMix, Alight Analytics’ marketing intelligence platform, has just unveiled a major enhancement to its HubSpot connection.
Starting now, ChannelMix can automatically aggregate HubSpot performance data for landing pages, blog posts and all pages.
The connection already delivered data for HubSpot email metrics, showing how recipients engaged with messages, but the upgrade expands marketers’ view, letting them see entrances, exits, views, bounces, CTA views and clicks, and other metrics for pages tracked with HubSpot.
Here are the metrics included in the new standard datasets:

To bring this new data into ChannelMix, users just need to visit the Connect page in ChannelMix Control Center and follow the on-screen prompts.
ChannelMix aggregates, unifies and stores data from essentially any marketing, media or sales platform. Whenever possible, Alight uses an API connection like the one for HubSpot because that enables ChannelMix to pull data directly from the source platform.
But, if an API isn’t available, ChannelMix can take in data through automated email or secure FTP processes or direct file uploads.
Check out ChannelMix’s existing library of data sources at this page. Don’t see a source that your team needs? Our Data Solutions team always has a way to support it. Just let us know!
