As a result, users will find it simpler than ever to manage their media data and find exactly what they want, when they need it.

“We built ChannelMix to solve one of the biggest problems facing marketers today: the tsunami of media data from an ever-growing number of channels,” said Matt Hertig, Alight Analytics’ CEO and co-founder.

“ChannelMix automatically aggregates all that data in a single place, corrects for errors and delivers a dataset that’s ready for analysis. As a result, brands and agencies spend less time on hands-on clerical work, more time on high-value analysis.”

The ChannelMix Control Center (C3), introduced last year, extended users’ ability to directly fix campaign tracking errors, apply business rules and, with one click, connect to a wide range of data sources.

And now, with the new updates:

  • ChannelMix Control Center users will enjoy one-click access to a wealth of metadata about each data source in their Library. They also will gain the ability to add comments and submit help tickets directly from the Library page.
  • ChannelMix clients using Google Sheets will have their data refresh in almost real time.
  • ChannelMix and C3 will become even more efficient thanks to a series of “under the hood” upgrades.

“We built ChannelMix to make life easier for marketers, and these latest improvements will deliver a smoother, more powerful experience for them,” said Mark McKelvey, Alight Analytics’ director of data science and technology. “ChannelMix and C3 will continue to evolve to meet the demands of the industry, and the needs of data-minded brands and agencies.”
