The Kansas City Business Journal interviewed our co-founders, Matt Hertig and Michelle Jacobs, for an in-depth article on the recent move to our new headquarters and the high growth that Alight has achieved.
Alight Analytics’ culture is built around working hard and having fun, so it was only natural that the company celebrated its new headquarters with a dart gun war at the end of the first day. (Now employees are hoarding the darts, waiting for the next round.)
The full-service marketing analytics company has been tracking big growth, which landed it on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for a second consecutive year. Alight Analytics reported $3.2 million in 2016 revenue, and during the past two years, it netted about 96 percent revenue growth, CEO and co-founder Matt Hertig told the Kansas City Business Journal.
