I would travel the world, and I would go back to school to get my Ph.D. in history.

I like to camp, hike, read and spend time with loved ones.

What’s the best thing you’ve bought yourself this year?
A hatchet. I had needed a nice one for a while for camping and backpacking. Plus, it looks pretty sweet.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten?
Pig organ soup. It was at a restaurant called Sichuan Dynasty in Overland Park, Kansas. My friend ordered for me, and it was delicious.
